I designed an award-winning infographic for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Solar Energy Technologies Office, which earned the 2017 Award of Excellence from the National Association of Government Communicators. This infographic tells the compelling story of the benefits of buying and selling homes with solar energy and showcases DOE’s impactful work—presented in a clear, digestible format.
To maximize reach and versatility, the design was modular: graphic elements were split into bite-size assets that could be seamlessly used across blog posts, emails, social media, and beyond. Below, you’ll find the original infographic followed by coordinating graphic variations tailored for each channel—demonstrating how adaptable design drives cohesive and effective campaign communication.

To extend the reach of this campaign, I repurposed the infographic into a coordinated suite of smaller assets. These included graphics tailored for blog posts, emails, and social media—each adapted to the requirements of its platform while maintaining a consistent visual identity. By modularizing the design, the campaign could deliver the same core message across multiple channels, reinforcing recognition and maximizing engagement with diverse audiences.
