I’m Dawn Washelesky, a graphic designer and strategic communications leader with more than 25 years of experience across government, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations. I specialize in transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals—helping audiences understand, connect, and act.
My work spans branding, data visualization, publications, social campaigns, event design, and educational materials. I also lead communications and events projects—planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives that bring people together around a shared purpose. From managing large-scale campaigns to shaping messaging for leadership and stakeholders, I thrive on building genuine human connections across departments, programs, and teams. Collaboration is central to my process, and I leave ego at the door to focus on results that move missions forward.
