The U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization and Intergovernmental Program Office published an 80+ page Operations Manual for its State Energy Program. I formatted this document and created the custom graphics, diagrams, and charts within. This was a major upgrade from the text-heavy manuals they had created in the past.
